Kurus keding

Nak tau tak, lepas tgk gambar2 retreat tuh, betullah org cakap aku ni kurus keding! Selama ni i was in denial mode kot. Rasanye kalau tgk cermin tu, ish ok jek. Macam org2 yg ada ideal weight jek. Tapi rupanya aku bermimpi di siang hari! Cisss..

So sebagai langkah pertama, i consulted En Jep utk mendapat nasihat pakar about Weight Gain. Yup, it is advisable. Cuma dia pesan, weight gainer ni mengenyangkan, but at the same time kau tak boleh skip waktu makan bfast, lunch and dinner. Ok ok jep, roger roger. Ada rezeki, i want to paw Appeton weight gainer di farmasi2 yg berdekatan. Soon soon...

Ikut kata En Jep, i can easily gain 4kg in 2-3 weeks. Then lepas tu akan gain 1 kg per month.

My ideal weight should be at least 53kg. At the moment, my weight is 49kg and my BMI is 17.4 kg/m2. Clearly means that I am underweight! So at least, i nak 53kg, but i nak set target to 55 lah! OK tak 55kg?

Masa pregnant with Adam and Dina, i gained 10kg only. 60kg pun tak dpt nak jejak ok. Betapa kurusnye aku time pregnant. Tapi still tak sedar rasanye time tu aku kurus. Wahaha.. sakit kot aku ni..

why lah u wanna gain weight? ok la tu selagi larat buat keje, x bullimic or suffer eating disorder - be happy with yerself la. kang gemok cam saya ke OR encik R di rumah (jgn marah), stress lak kang!
