Cite training yg basi

Dah cite ke belum eh? Belum belum..

Last week hari rabu and khamis, i went to ECP training. ECP stands for Effective Coaching Program. Objective of the training is to ajar the participants on how to coach your staff effectively.

Lokasi was at Kota Permai GCC kat Kota Kemuning. Kalau masuk area2 golf ni, yg menarik is the houses la of course. Mulut ni tak habis2 bercakap "Cantik lah rumah ni", "Berapa ye babah harga rumah ni", "Bestnye kalau duduk kat sini kan". Penat la the other half mendengar i celoteh pasal rumah2 yg tak tercapai dek tangan nak membelinya. Takpe la kan..tak dpt beli, dapat ngomel pun jadilah!

Sambung cerita pasal lokasi tadi tu. The dewan is big. Big lah for only 14 participants! Semua nak monteng, konon nak join grup 2. Bakal penuh la grup tu nantik! Makan ok lahhh..so and so.. Orang dah bagi makan free kita jangan komplen lebih2 sgt okey..

One thing je i tak puas hati la situ. The toilet! Ooo mak aiiii.. Apa kes la dia buat toilet kecik mcm tu. Punya lah sempit weh!!! Tak puas hati betullah. Kalau sapa berdiameter lebar sikit, i think akan ada masalah di situ!!! Eeeiii..tah hapa2...

Training tu ok overall ok lah. Mencapai matlamat. Now i know how to coach. Siap kena belajar Pegging Techniques.. Ala yg word2 rhyming tu just so kitorg boleh hafal all the 10 tech. of coaching.. Sampaikan balik rumah, boleh lagi dok menghafal.. Ish ish Azah azah, baik ko baca wirid ke kan..

Nanti on the 13th march, akan ada follow up session. Kena attend lagi sekali. OK ler..layan je lahhhh.. Training kan one of our KPI.. kata nak dpt R5.. muahahaha..
